Let’s break it down!
This is How We Refocus & Stay Intentional
See it, but don’t own it:
Take time to reflect on what truly matters to you. What are you working toward? Is it aligned with your purpose? Let’s stay grounded, even when the noise gets loud. Also, how much time are you spending on your phone? How many conversations that impact your mental and emotional wellness are you having that aren’t a priority?Protect Your Peace:
Use tools like Honeybook to streamline your workflow and stay focused on your goals. Set clear boundaries, manage your tasks effectively, and avoid distractions that can derail your vision. I’m also a big fan of Deep Focus Work Blocks—two mandatory 90-minute work sessions each day. Additionally, I limit checking my texts to three times a day: morning, lunch, and evening before my quiet time.Reaffirm Your Intention:
Remember, it's all about intention. Each day is a chance to take one step closer to your goals. Stay focused, stay grounded, and show up for yourself. Also promise me you will not be hard on yourself, just take it one day and step at a time.

I want to be very clear about something… We will not just be making it through—we will thrive, create, and showing up every single day through it. And know this, the way you should up every day is in your hands and no one else’s!
Let's keep that energy up and continue to focus on the bigger picture which is the intentionality you’ve set for yourself.
Also, as a added plug… If you're using Honeybook or any tools to keep your workflow organized, I’d love to hear how it’s helping you stay intentional and focused on what really matters, or you can share your thought in the Honeybook Community here.
