I'm going to be real with you... I struggled with writing this. This weekend has been filled with much-needed reflection, and if you didn’t know, I’m one of those people who likes to start the New Year on my birthday. So, as I get ready for another trip around the sun tomorrow (March 24), I’m quickly reminded of how important it is to celebrate our growth—no matter how small the steps. We live in a world where we’re constantly rushing to do, achieve, and move forward, but what if we paused and celebrated the wins we've already accumulated?

Today, let’s reflect on our journey and give ourselves the credit we deserve for the progress we've made because, trust me, baby, it all matters. So as I get ready to enter my next chapter, I’m honoring the small victories, acknowledging my growth, and I want to invite you to do the same. Let’s celebrate how far we’ve come—together.
