Finding Clarity in the Quiet 🌙

Sometimes the answers you’re chasing show up once you stop running.

What’s good friend!

Well… October is Octobering, huh? We’re in that in-between space where life feels both loud and eerily still. The loudness of everyone shouting “finish the year strong,” and I’m over here just trying to be intentional about having my breakfast while remembering what day it is.

I’ve noticed lately how easy it is to fill every quiet moment with noise; music, podcasts, scrolling, or convincing ourselves we’re “researching” when we’re really just avoiding. But I’ve also noticed that the clarity I’ve been praying for rarely shows up when I’m moving fast.

It usually comes in the stillness… in those small, sacred pauses between doing and becoming.

The truth is: the quiet can be uncomfortable because it forces us to hear what we’ve been ignoring. But that’s where alignment lives, in the space between our distractions.

So, I’m reminding both of us to breathe, to soften, and to stop treating stillness like it’s optional.

Let’s take inventory here..

  • What feels loud in my life right now that could use a little quiet?

  • When was the last time I sat in silence and just breathed?

  • What clarity have I been asking for, and am I creating space to receive it?

Really take an account of where you are.

REMINDER!

Before we dive into the quiet, don’t forget, 30 Days of Inner Alignment kicks off Tuesday, October 28! We’re slowing down together for real this time. If you haven’t signed up yet, this is your nudge:

In the stillness, your truth has a chance to speak.

Okay… Here’s what I’m feeling: clarity isn’t hiding from you, it’s just tired of yelling over all the noise.

Sometimes we confuse movement with progress and wonder why we’re still dizzy. Maybe what we actually need isn’t another plan, it’s a pause. Because every time you choose stillness, you’re telling your spirit, “I trust that what’s meant for me doesn’t need to be chased.”

And let me be honest: the quiet can be awkward. Your thoughts get loud, your to-do list gets dramatic, and suddenly cleaning the baseboards feels urgent. But that resistance? That’s your cue that something inside is ready to be heard.

So, practice being quiet on purpose. Take a walk without your phone. Sit with your journal before you check your email. Let silence be the room where your next step introduces itself.

You don’t have to hustle your way to clarity, it’s already waiting for you in the quiet. You just have to stop interrupting it.
